Critical details have been released that sway in the victim’s favor in regards to the drug and sexual assault accusations against Bill Cosby.

Previously, Bill has been remaining relatively silent about the scandal, leading certain fans believing he is nnocent of the accusations and choosing to continue attending his shows.

However, the court has decided to release 2005 documents, in which the 77-year-old confesses that he got Quaalades to use on young women he wanted to sleep with. It was U.S. District Judge Eduardo Robreno who released the court documents after the Associated Press filed a motion to see the 2005 settlement details.

This 2005 court records account the case Andrea Constand filed against Bill. As one of the first women to come out against Bill, Andreas’ case revolved around drugging and sexual assault.

Now close to 45 women have come forward revealing that they too were sexually assaulted and/or drugged by the comedy legend.

This new revelations in the case has sparked outrage from both the public and celebrities. Stars like James Gunn and Judd Apatow have used their Twitter to offer their opinion. Both of which believe Bill needs to finally be seen as guilty, instead of pushing all of the victims’ stories under the rug.

The View’s Whoopi Goldberg seems to be going down defending Bill Cosby even though this evidence has surfaced, but as we know, her views are her views.

The Sister Act star, 59, waited for the others to weigh in before adding her two cents, at first jokingly recalling her own experiences with Quaaludes. “As a former Quaalude user…” she began. “The ’80s were…They weren’t fun for everybody, clearly.”

“We’ll see what happens as more information comes out. People will make judgments,” she continued. “I don’t like snap judgments because I’ve had snap judgments made on me, so I’m very, very careful…Save your texts, save your nasty comments. I don’t care.”

The comedy vet went on to say she would reserve judgment on the Cosby Show alum until there was further proof. “This is my opinion and in America, still — I know it’s a shock — but you actually were innocent until proven guilty,” she told the View audience. “He has not been proven a rapist.”

paula deen blackface son 2015 gossip

Her co-host Raven-Symone, who starred with the comedian, 77, as Olivia Kendall on his ’80s sitcom, shared a similar sentiment, saying, “I don’t really like to talk about it that much, because he’s the reason I’m on this panel — he gave me my first job. But at the same time, you need the proof, and then I’ll be able to give my judgment here or there…And now that there’s real facts, more people can come up…”
Paula Deen is once again under fire for her insensitive and seemingly racist ways.

The former Food Network host took to twitter to post a “Throw Back Thursday” picture from 2011 showing her dressed up as Lucy from I Love Lucy, alongside her son, Bobby, who is in costume of Ricky Ricardo.

The fact that her son is wearing dark face paint in order to portray the Cuban-American actor Desi Arnaz, has placed Paula in hot water once again, especially since she has admitted to saying racist remarks in the past.

Immediately following the post, people expressed outrage towards Deena, leading her to taking the picture down and right away apologize for her offensive post.

It looks like it might be too-little-too-late for Paula, who was working on rebuilding her crumbled food empire that was destroyed after her past racism scandal. It will no doubt be difficult, if not impossible, for people to get over this controversy, as they were just beginning to give Paula a second chance.
