Lauren Conrad, who got her start on the MTV reality show Laguna Beach, appears on the cover of Adweek’s latest edition. The actress told the magazine that having been on a reality show, she learned to avoid talking about subjects that she’d rather keep to herself, because one the media gets ahold of certain information about celebrities they like to use that information to criticize them.
New York Fashion Week proved to be a reunion for former MTV reality show stars Kristen Cavallari and Audrina Patridge as the two actresses ran into each other during the event. Kristen admitted that she enjoyed running into Audrina and was happy the two were in the same city at the same time, to cross paths.
Dakota Fanning recently told Ellen Degeneres that she has been treated differently since starring in “Fifty Shades of Grey.” The talk show host presented Dakota with handcuffs and a flogger, showing Dakota and everyone else her decidedly naughty side. Dakota confessed that she was riding in the back of a taxi when the driver informed her that he and his wife had seen her in “Fifty Shades of Grey.” The driver told Dakota he thought there would be more sex in the movie, a statement that had Dakota admitting to Ellen that at that point she wanted to simply roll out of the taxi while it was still moving.
The Home Shopping Network recently welcomed Jessica Simpson to promote her merchandise live in the studio. According to those on the scene Jessica was slurring her speech and appeared to be drunk. She drunkenly started talking about how sister, Ashlee looks good in grey jeans and that Jessica wasn’t sure if Ashlee and her husband share jeans.
Selena Gomez held a fancy party for her fans in Los Angeles this week. With 800 guests present at the party, they filled The Palace Theater, which Selena rented specifically for this event. Though the fans in attendance were under the impression that she was to debut her new music video, much to their delight she filmed the video at the party and included her guests in it.
Megan Fox is throwing herself into work to cope with her divorce from Brian Austin Green. Her latest project involves guest starring on Fox’s new TV show, “New Girl.” Though she usually avoids social media she posted a recent selfie on her Instagram account; letting her fans know that she is still out there. According to an executive producer of “New Girl” they are thrilled to have Megan guest starring because the part was written with the hopes of getting her to take it.
Chris Brown continues to struggle with the law as he is now being accused of throwing someone off of his tour bus because the woman wouldn’t give up her cell phone. Police are now investigating the incident, which happened while Chris was in Colorado shooting outside of a strip club for an upcoming music video. He claims that there is no video of this incident but that there is a video of someone breaking into his house, and the police have ignored the video.
Jessica Alba recently claimed that she was roughed up by a bodyguard of Kylie Jenner. The incident reportedly happened at New York City’s Fashion Week when Jessica stated that she was standing by the venue’s door and a pair of Jenner’s bodyguards performed a body check on her.
Alicia Vikander and Michael Fassbender have publically stated that their romantic relationship is over. Though the couple was together for less than a year, after meeting on a movie set, the split reportedly comes due to Fassbender’s work schedule. Fassbender went on record stating that he is selfish when it comes to the amount of time he spends working and that he has never had a relationship that lasted more than two years.
Dwayne Johnson (a.k.a. The Rock) will become a daddy again when his girlfriend gives birth to their first child. The couple told U.S. weekly that they are excited to be welcoming a baby. The baby will join big sister Simone, Dwayne’s daughter from a previous marriage.
Miley Cyrus is apparently cozying up with Dane Cooke these days, despite the 21 year age difference between them. The two have been friends for several years and Dane was reportedly there for Miley when rumors came out that her boyfriend at the time was cheating on her with a female he went to Mexico for spring break with.
Rihanna’s new line of footwear has been released on the heels of her being appointed a creative director by Puma. The release of the footwear line is accompanied by a commercial starring Rihanna and Travis Scott, who is rumored to be her boyfriend.
Ariana Grande was recently in New York City and appeared as a guest on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. On that night’s show the regular “Wheel of Musical Impressions” segment featured Grande doing her impressions of Celine Dion, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.
Also on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Jessica Alba did a quick interview that ended in embarrassment when Fallon accidently spit on her while talking to her. He apologized profusely and told her he wished he had her brand of wipes.
On Jimmy Kimmel Live this week, Sofia Vergara showed off her engagement ring and talked about her initial hesitancy to begin dating now fiancé Joe Manganiello. She said that she had just broken up with Nick Loeb and she didn’t want to get into a relationship that would be too much work for her. Sofia told Jimmy that she is now so grateful that she accepted his invitation to start dating.
