When it comes to celebrity gossip, time really does fly by, and it is already Wednesday. Cissy Houston is making it known that she still blames Bobby Brown for her daughter Whitney’s death, Real Housewives of Atlanta Kenya Moore‘s Prince Charming comes out…or is revealed and Vampire Diaries Nina Dobrev talks about Ian Somerhalder‘s wedding.
Cissy Houston Blames Bobby Brown for Whitney Houston’s Death
There is no getting around the tragedy of Whitney Houston’s death and the current condition of Bobbi Kristina just adds to the sadness. And while a lot of attention has been put on Bobby Brown, Whitney’s ex-husband, and how he feels/is dealing with the situation, it seems that one of the people most affected by the death of Whitney does not get the empathy that she deserves- Cissy Houston Whitney’s mother.
It comes as no surprise then that Cissy does not think highly of Bobby. In fact, she blames him for Whitney’s death. This is what she had to say in an interview with Entertainment Tonight:
“Whitney was a very soft and easy person. She was kind. She was free-hearted… My baby tried. She did. She just had the wrong partner”
Accusations like this are always hard to stomach for me because there are so many things that go into why someone did what they did and what eventually ended up happening to them.
There are all kinds of speculations about what happened (with the Lifetime unauthorized biography of Whitney claiming that she was already doing drugs when she met Bobby Brown) but when it comes down to it, the choices people make, are the choices that THEY make. And I’m just going to leave it there.
Kenya Moore Prince Charming Comes Out?
Next to NeNe Leaks, Kenya Moore seems to get majority of the headlines (good but mostly bad) out of The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast.
She has been called everything from a whore to an adulteress and now the latest in her salacious love life is that the man she was linked to via the Bravo show “Millionaire Matchmaker” got married right after their episode was filmed. It seems very odd that Patty Stanger would haven’t done a better background check on this guy James Freeman as it would make me very wary of other women going through something similar. At least this guy was outed as being married, but it just seems rather sad.
Being that the episodes of the RHOA show her bragging at times about finding a good man, it does now seem like she was purposefully leaving out the that he was married (which she is saying he was not at the time in a statement she released). All of her “enemies” came out the woodwork too calling her out about the “relationship” and claiming that she once again faked have someone special for the sake of the show.

Along with people like Vivica A. Fox, being messy as hell, other no life twitter folks made Kenya the subject of their “humble opinion” additions to the RHOA hashtag. Seriously people need to get a life.

Of course not to go without setting the record straight, Kenya posted a statement on her Instagram account.
“Unfortunately, I just learned today [May 12, 2015] that the man I met and fell in love with from Millionaire Matchmaker was married a week after the show aired. I am astounded and devastated to have learned of this news via social media as opposed to from him directly.”
I go back and forth about how I feel about her. Most of the time she is a totally consumed “attention whore” but during the last episodes especially during the reunion, she really showed some maturity. So I like to believe that she didn’t know. I hope she finds real love one day.
Nina Dobrev Set’s the Record Straight About Ian Somerhalder

“The Vampire Diaries” where their on screen love translated into a real life relationship that fans just knew would last. I mean, Damon finally got Elena so why would he ever let her go?
But, as reality usually goes, things didn’t work out and Ian Somerhalder not only found someone else, he married her (Nikki Reed). So you know that people and the media always have things to say and made/are making it to seem like the whole thing is a love triangle that Dobrev lost. But she tells a different story than the one playing out on social media and other outlets.
“I’ve said this before, that we didn’t break up because anything bad happened or because there wasn’t love or friendship…. We were friends long before we dated and we still are now.”
She went on further to address her initial thoughts on hearing about their wedding.
“When I heard about the wedding, I thought it was beautiful. They look happy and I am happy and so I don’t see why there should be a problem with that. The drama is in the media, it’s not with us.”
That is very mature of her and I agree, the media needs to back the hell down. Good for her and good for Ian.
