I’d personally like to watch paint dry rather than hear about another Seth MacFarlane film  being released ever again, but since the first Ted in 2012 was a blockbuster success, a sequel of course was inevitable and that brings us to Ted 2. The crude talking teddy bear Ted is back and this time he’s got parenting on his mind!

The new outrageous Red Band Trailer starts with Ted and his human buddy John Bennett chilling out and watching Law and Order. After the opening credits are over, Ted tells john that after marrying his new wife, they now want to have a baby. But even John knows it isn’t possible for them to have a child the conventional way so, he asks John for help to get a family of his own.

If you’re thinking the rest of trailer is built on masturbation, semen and penis jokes then you’re a 100% right. I mean really? What else is Seth Macfarlene going to write about?

The two “Thunder Buddies” then proceed to steal the sperm of world famous athlete Tom Brady to receive the ultimate specimen. They’re awestruck by the size of his manhood, when Brady wakes up in the middle of the night and pitches them off of his balcony.

Ted and John now know it’s time to move on to plan B. After a failed attempt from John to be a sperm donor, Ted then files for him and his wife to adopt a little bundle of joy. They’re both outraged however when Ted is considered “property” and can not legally adopt a child.

What’s noticeable by this time is that Mila Kunis is no where to be seen in the trailer. Instead, she’s replaced by Amanda Seyfried who plays Ted’s 26 year-old lawyer who’s going to help him fight for his civil rights to adopt a child.

And here I was thinking the first movie was completely stupid, apparently I wasn’t even close about how bad it could get.

Morgan Freeman even makes a surprise appearance and brings his ever flowing fountain of advice in to the picture. He advises Ted that “The important thing about being human is making a contribution to society.”

Oh please tell me Seth Macfarlene is not trying to make any sort of political statement with the crap! While I’m sure it’s all for laughs however, the thought of him taking on anything political is just down right scary.

The raunchy comedy that everyone here at Movie TV Tech Geeks is looking forward to except me is due for release June 26, 2015.
