Road to Perdition: Although this is not a typical horror movie, it is a very dark drama and representation of what it means be a father. A hit man finds himself taking care of his son while on the run from people he thought were family, but have now betrayed him. This dark, atmospheric thriller is one of my all time favorite films. It’s even more intimate and special to see the bond between the father and son grow even if the entire thing is doomed from the very beginning.
